Huakong has been diviced into Instrumentation Department, Visual Information Department, System Integration Department, Marketing Department, as well as R&D Center. It has set up several manufacture bases, branches and offices in Shanghai, Chongqing, Xi'an, Ha'erbin, Nanjing and Russia etc.

Huakong has developed four categories, several series products with independent intellectual property in the area of industrial automation instrumentation, FCS, and image integration.
